Flight Simulator X – view control keys

  • 3-D Virtual Cockpit – F9 – Smooth panning using hat switch
  • 2-D Normal Cockpit – F10 – 90 degree panning; pressing W changes 2-D panel view
    • IFR – Larger 2-D panel for flying only by reference to instruments
    • VFR (Approach) – Smaller 2-D panel with greater visibility over the top of the panel
    • Miniature – Only the primary instruments displayed at the bottom, with no panel
    • None – No panel or instruments
  • Shift-1, Shift-2, Shift-3, Shift-4: display different window.
